What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
You'll get an email with all of your tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
The item I want is sold out. How will I know when it is back in stock?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will always chase our manufacturer for one-off expedited shipments for customers.
You should also sign up to our newsletter to be to first to know when out-of-stock items are available again. (Just click on the "newsletter" button at the bottom of this page).
What makes Fontana Shaw the perfect baby brand?
We listen to you - the customer - first. Whether it's about materials, colors or design, we know that you are the best judges of what is good for you and your child. We pick supremely soft fabrics and create thoughtful designs - and then we reengineer everything if we need to, depending on your feedback.
What about discount codes?
If you receive a discount form us through our website, by email or on a promotion, simply enter it at checkout. (Please just double-check it has been applied at the time of purchase).
If you have more than one discount, you can use them both - just not on the same order. So just apply them individually for each order you make.
If you have any technical issues at the time of ordering, just pop us a message at email@example.com and we'll help you, apply it retrospectively to your order or give you store credit.
Can there be a difference in colour or the look of material between the product photograph on the website and the actual product?
We always do our best to keep colors and materials on our website as true to life as possible. Different screens and monitors will, however, display slightly different depending on their settings.

How to care for your delicates from Fontana Shaw?
We included clear instructions on the inners of all of our washable goods. Generally
you'll need to machine wash warm (30℃ or 40℃) and tumble dry low.
What if my items are damaged or I get the wrong item?
Send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com with a photo of the incorrect or damaged product and your order number. We'll make it right and we'll respond to you quickly.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return any product you have bought from us. The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you the full steps required for a return. Please note that returns are at the customer's expense and risk.
What if I need to change, cancel or reroute my order?

How much does Shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. We take that hit so that you can pay the fairest price possible on anything you order.
How long does delivery take?
Your item will be shipped from our warehouses within 2-4 days. You will then receive a tracking code by email so that you can follow your order at all stages of fulfilment.
Your product should arrive on your doorstep between 10 and 21 days after you've placed the order.
